Kirtle Burn Hut | Pisa Conservation Area
An old sandwich-panel Porta cabin was part of the Snow Farm but became DOC’s responsibility when the Pisa Conservation Area was established.
Has big single-glazed windows and no heating. The hut book shows it’s mostly used by ski tourers in winter.
Access to the Western side of the Pisa Conservation area is gained either through Snow Farm or Southern Hemisphere Proving Ground.
