Routeburn Flats campsite is hugely popular in summer due to its proximity to Queenstown and the mostly flat walk-in.
Why not camp here? It gets sun much of the day, there’s a great outlook, the river to have a splash around just in front, and even mostly flat campsites. A lot to like.
