Bonnie Jean Hut | Whakaari Conservation Area

More of a museum than a hut, with access contained by a cage on the other side of the door. The hut is filled with the remnants of the miners’ lives, clothing, food boxes, equipment, etc.

Not for accommodation but worth a visit to see how the miners lived in the era after WWI.
