Growler Hut | Te Kahui Kaupeka Conservation Park
A reinforced blockwork shoebox with a more attractive ply-lined interior. This is relieved by a splendid area under a huge veranda with a picnic table and benching.
The hut is off the main track, and trampers doing a cross-country need to avoid the matagouri.
The South Canterbury Recreational Sportsmans Club maintains it.
