Park Morpeth Hut, Wilberforce Conservation Area

A well cared for Canterbury Mountain Club hut that is available for use by the public.

Materials for this hut were carried in by packhorse back in the day, but in recent years it has been substantially renovated on the interior, the exterior has been painted, and the water supply worked out.

Mostly used by those venturing over the Three Passes Route, and nicely sited so as not to give a view of the exciting and steep Browning Pass/Noti Raureka.
