Double Hut | Hakatere Conservation Park
Double Hut is the jumping off place for climbing Mt Taylor, 2333 m, one of the great Canterbury vantage points, plus, of course a great Te Araroa hut.
Lots of character here, including plenty of historic graffiti on the internal walls.
