Taipo Hut | Mavora Lakes Conservation Area

Taipo Hut has a similar design to Boundary Hut although this one is in original, ie, unvandalised condition. Out in the tussock near the swingbridge over the river, this is comfortable enough.

The Mavora Walkway was a 1970s attempt at creating new tramping tracks purely for recreation.
