Rain started at about 9 am, and continued all day. Still going.
Not super heavy, but consistent.
I found a thriller as the solitary book in the library, and sat in my sleeping bag most of the morning.
Their solitary interruption for the day was a visit by two young women on horses. It seemed they were also on a two week trek, and were heading the Stanley Vale Hut near Lake Guyon.
The forecast was not great, hence my sticking around for the day. I guess I could have continued onto Magdalen Hut but there wasn’t much point.
I could stick around here and lose a whole day’s weight of food.
Nothing to report.
My body is appreciating being at rest for an entire day. Will trying to move on to Magdalen whatever the conditions tomorrow.
