Lees Creek Hut, Upper Wairau River
A recently renovated hut is sited in a large clearing with a gorgeous backdrop of the Raglan Range mountains.
A surprisingly easy walk in from the Wairau River swingbridge. Some may be disconcerted by the taxidermically attended to chamois head that appears to survey the room from high on the wall.
