Mingha Bivvy | Arthurs Pass National Park
Originally built by the Canterbury University Tramping Club, and fell into disrepair.
Mingha Bivvy was just about completely rebuilt in 2019 with new piles, substructure, flooring, studs, roofing, and chimney. Only the original steel sheet cladding and roof structure was reinstated. The photos are of this state.
Most people power past on their way on their way to Goat Pass Hut, or Arthurs Pass township.
