Poulter Hut | Arthurs Pass National Park
In retrospect, the location of Poulter Hut seems obvious, but it’s smack between the Trust/Poulter Hut and Worsley Bivvy, neither so far away.
This is a more recent addition to DOC’s accommodation. However, it’s a great place to stay, with big windows and a veranda. The woodburner cranks out the heat, and the two big sleeping platforms allow plenty of space in the remainder of the hut.
Not a bad place to spend a night and zip up to the beautiful Lake Minchin for some fishing or just to admire the splendid forest and views.
