Kiwi Hut | Arthurs Pass National Park

Kiwi Hut is a standard issue NZFS 8 bunker set on the edge of an attractive red beech tree forest with a fireplace, although it’s not actually standard with its curiously large airlock room.

A handy place to stay for a day or two if the Taramakau River is in flood mode.
