West Sabine Hut | Nelson Lakes National Park
West Sabine Hut is one of the huts for the Travers-Sabine circuit that is hard for many on the track to avoid staying at, Upper Travers to Sabine would be a big day, well, unless you head up to Blue Lake.
Now with a new improved suspension bridge after the previous version was swept away in a flood.

Before you go, buy 1 Serviced Hut Ticket (green) or 1 Serviced Youth Hut Ticket (red) for each night’s stay. Put these in the honesty box at the hut.
Backcountry Hut Passes can only be used in this hut from 1 May to 30 September. Backcountry Hut Passes cannot be used from 1 October to 30 April.

Before you go, buy 1 Standard Hut Ticket (blue for adults, yellow for youth) for each night’s stay. Put this in the honesty box at the hut.
Campers may use hut water supply and toilets.
