Nardoo Creek campsites | Nelson Lakes National Park
A number of variable campsites present themselves higher up Nardoo Creek, mostly north of the major bend in the river, ie, where you enter the forest and the track then climbs high above the creek when heading up to the hut.
Many of the old campsites in the first half of that straight run of the creek have been recently washed away, but the ones further up have short grass, are generally level, and close to the river. It’s all pretty nice camping territory.
