Moturau Hut | Kepler Track, Fiordland National Park
Moturau Hut is located just up from the shoreline of Lake Manapouri, where there are outstanding views, and some great expanses of mature red beech forest in the vicinity.
For some reason, many seem to want to skip this accommodation, racing off to civilisation rather than taking the time to spend some time down by the lake and extend the Kepler experience for as long as possible.
