Shelter Rock Hut | Rees Dart Track
The original hut was expanded with a structure with two bedrooms added adjacent for more capacity and facilities. Now plenty of living space for trampers.
Located at the bushline, the backdrop is way rugged, even if the actual climb to Rees Saddle a few kilometres away is not so tough. Resident hut wardens on the track for much of the year.

Youth (11–17 years): $12.50 per night
Child/Infant: (0–10 years): free
Before you go, buy 1 Serviced Hut Ticket (green) and 1 Standard Hut Ticket (blue) for adults, or 4 Standard Hut Tickets for both adults and youth for each night’s stay. Put these in the honesty box at the hut.
