Sabine Hut | Nelson Lakes National Park

On the Travers-Sabine circuit, Sabine Hut is a serviced hut with a great outlook to Lake Rotoroa. It’s a bit of a barn, being so big, but it gets a lot of use.

You can catch a water taxi up or down the lake, with the cost dependent on the total number of passengers per trip. The minimum fee is $210 for 1-3 people one-way ($420 return) or $65 per person one-way ($130 return) if there are 4 or more passengers.
