Starveall Hut | Mt Richmond Forest Park
After the all too strenuous stagger up the hill from Hacket Hut, a few stream crossings, one or two restricted views back to Pyramid Rock, maybe a 900 m vertical grunt, it’s a delight to burst out of the bushline and see this well-renovated hut. It’s just frightening to identify that, yes, that is indeed part of Mt Rintoul hiding behind Starveall, and you will eventually be arriving way over there.
Yup, she’s a pretty nice spot and a great old hut.
