Lucretia Hut | Lake Sumner Forest Park

Lucretia Hut is more correctly termed Lucretia Bivvy. It’s not quite full-sized, as in door, bench, fireplace, and for those who are tall, bunks. Un-renovated, complete with canvas bunks, it is nevertheless in pretty fair nick.

The hut book goes back to 1991, with few entries considering the length of time. But it contains plenty of familiar tramping names.

A track has been cut and marked towards Brass Monkey Biv by James Broadbent in his spare time. Highly appreciated.
